Cold water, there's some science behind it but I forgot it, but I do remember that cold water is heavier.

It depends on a few factors: whether the buckets are covered with a lid, how cold the cold water is, and how hot the hot water is, and when they are weighed.
If they are weighed immediately, they should weight about the same.
For the sake of argument, let's say that the water are both VERY extreme (very cold, very hot), and that you will be weighing them 24 hours later.
With lid on: Cold water expands, so when it warms up, the water will go down a bit, so the hot water will weigh SLIGHTLY more.
Without a cover, the cold could win, because the extremely hot water will be throwing off steam, evaporating much faster than the cold one.
Hope this helps! (Probably more than you wanted to know, huh? LOL)

If you go by the kinetic molelecular theory, meaning all particles are in constant motion and when it is colder the particles are closer together and as it gets hotter the particles are farther apart, then you could determine the wieght would be exactly the same, because it is only the force of gravity where if you went by mass then the cold water would have a greater mass because mass is the amount of matter in the object. and like I said if the particles are closer together their would have to be more of them to occupy the bucket giving it a greater mass but keeping the wieght exactly the same.
Conclusion, both buckets will feel the same.

The bucket full of cold water because cold water is heavier than hot water. Its molecules are denser.

The one with the hot water.
The heat stores energy. Energy is given off as heat when it cools.
