yes she can be served at work at the laundry mat any where you can tell them that she is at but work would be good ! i wish you good luck on getting youre son but you have to have evidence of wrong doings before the judge will remove the child and put him with you so make sure you have youre evidence against her ! to prove she is a bad parent more less

She won't be your ex wife until the final decree of divorce. And No, most employer's do not allow papers of any kind to be served upon their employees during working hours. If you want her served at work you will have to instruct whomever is serving the papers to do so at the end of her shift when she is leaving. It isn't that hard to find out where she lives. Just have your attourney contact her employer and get her address...If you have her social security number you can find her address through DMV.

Yes your ex-wife can be served at work, if it is the court that is serving her. Meaning, "County Deputies, Police, or a person that works for the County Court.
If it is a private person or company, no they can not serve her on the job, unless she and the employer agree to it.

I think it would not be nice to serve her at work. I'd ask the process server to serve her as she leaves work myself.

serve her anywhere. they will do it 3 times and thats it.or if its someone you know then your okay, but sheriffes do it 3 times and thats it
