When they buy, you will be able to find their mailing address in "my Ebay" items sold. Choose the shipping method when you write your listing, so that you will know how much to charge, and they can pay it when they pay for the item. I always pack the item in its box (don't seal the box) and weigh it before I write the listing so the buyer can figure their postage before they bid. The listing tool has the calculator built in.

After they pay, print a packing slip to remind them what they bought and when, and seal up the box. I print my labels online at http://www.usps.com and I pay the postage with my paypal debit card. I print the label and schedule the pickup all on the same site, then leave the package for the mail carrier to pick up.

If your item weighs up to 13 ounces the best would be to go to a post office and use first class mail. If you received payment via paypal you can go on their site and print a shipping label yourself. Go to your homepage find the transaction and click print label. Then you can simply drop in inside any mailbox and avoid a trip to the post office.

Anything over that weight can be shipped priority mail or parcel post at the post office or by going to any ups store. When using priority mail you can also print a label online and request a pickup on the usps website.
