When I was conceiveing, a nurse told me after intercourse with my husband I should lay with my bottom/hips raised on pillow so it is higher than my chest; this prevent semen come out because "uphill" with bottom up. This make it go inside more, to have time in reaching the egg. I also recommend Creighton Ovulation Method, this way to plan "to" or "not to" become pg, based on your daily discharge. It is very easy, and free! And it work very well. It was a class I learn at a hospital.

we too were having the same problem and it last for 7 months then we, tried new positon in which the hips were kept above from rest of the body,
you too can try eithr of the two, i will be mentining below, i had conceived twice but unfortunately had a miscarriage within a month
1.MYy friend suggested that, after intercourse with my husband I should lay with my bottom/hips raised on pillow so it is higher than my chest; this prevent semen come out because "uphill" with bottom up. This make it go inside more, to have time in reaching the egg.
2. you can try this position kneel down and touch your fore head to floor, try to do the intercouse from behind, in this position the hip will remain up, and a slope of your body will be towards your head so when the semen flows into vagina it will not come out after inter course remain in this position for 20-30 mins ( this is what we tried it doesnot allow even a drop of semen to come out)
3. you should keep in mind the days when you are about to ovolut your vagina is most mosit and this is the best time if you try becuse when the vagina is moist the sperms moves faster inside towards the egg rather then flowing out.\
ALL THE BEST , LET BOTH OF US GET BLESSED BY CHILD AS SOON AS POSSIBEL AMMEEN......

The same thing happens to me. The semen must make it inside for it to be "leaking" out of you afterwards. We've been trying for 10 months, everyone says it can take up to a year. I feel your pain. Keep trying and good luck!

I am also ttc, I've been trying for 4 years now, lay down with a pillow under the hips so that gravity can pull the sperm to the egg, I am now on clomid and metformin because I am not ovulating

If you're no longer getting your period, then you are not ovulating, therefore you are not able to get pregnant. You need to get on treatment equivalent to clomid with a purpose to make you ovulate, then which you can get pregnant. I go by means of this same thing, i've PCOS and that i wasn't ovulating on my possess, however now i am on clomid and i've ovulated the earlier 2 months by means of taking it
