What is the maximum number of orbitals that can be identified with the following quantum numbers: n = 5, l = 3?

How do I figure this question out? I am not sure..?

The rule for energy levels (orbitals) is:

0 <= l <=n

-l <= ml <= l

ms = +/- 1/2

So for l = 3 there are ml = -3, -2, -1, 0, 1, 2, 3 levels (7 in all)

There are 2 electrons/level so 14 electrons in the l=3 orbital
