Depends on what you're losing...your lunch? A goldfish? I would recommend toilet in those cases.

I think you need to do a little legal research before just to make sure.
I have started by giving you this for a starting point..
The Fertilizer Regulation Act of 1998.
Its only 25 pages.
Oh yeah and sorry about that whole loss thing.

Cemetaries have their advantages:
1) If you bury your family member in a cemetary, you can always visit. You can't do this if you sell your home -who knows what the future holds...you might find it better to sell later than hold this investment.
2) Walking thru a cemetary can be relaxing too... with all the flowers and birds and love notes left behind.
3) I recommend a grave under a tree, with a cement bench and you can reserve plots for those to follow...
If you must bury in the backyard, check with city hall department of housing codes to see if you need a permit.

It depends on what you've lost. If it's a small pet, like a bird or hamster, yes. If it's your late Uncle Charlie, no.

well, if you murdered them with a corn dog, I would say get to it. Otherwise, it depends on what they wanted. I would say do it, just don't put up any markers for it. Its illegal.

This depends on which state you live in. Some allow it, some don't.
