Yes. The human body can take only so much, and your brain controls your emotions. When your emotions get all mixed up your body can close down ; your anti bodies become extremely low, and you become physically ill. So sad but true.

Yes a few times. The most recent time was on this past Saturday. I felt so guilty and upset about a fight w/ someone, that I felt absolutely nauseous.

Yes. I couldn't sleep and wouldn't eat. I was so run down that I couldn't find that energy to get anything done. I finally had enough and started forcing myself into doing all these things. Positive thinking truly does help.

yes! made myself throw up once.
its not worth it. try and calm yourself down and make a list of everything that is going right and the things you want to focus on.
make another list of the things you would like to change, and how to do that.
make one last list of things that are small that you enjoy doing on a daily basis. what i do is i keep some really good smelling hand lotion with me and put it on to smell sometimes when i get down. or i think about my best friends who are always there for me. talk to my friends about whats bothering me always helps to.
email me if you want to talk

Yes, this is called stress. Stress can cause a whole meriot of other problems, ulcers, cancer etc. If stress is hard for someone to deal with, they are often better seeking counseling-medication, seeking a friend, excercise etc.

My Partner, my beloved Gwenneth, died while I was overseas. I returned to find that her family had claimed her remains and buried her in their "church's" private cemetery. Bearing flowers and guilt I visited her grave where one of the female relatives told me I was not welcome there. I pushed past her and saw the stone which read UNKNOWN TO GOD"..
The woman laughed and shouted "Satisfied now?"
I wanted nothing more than to kill the woman which I could easily have done given the training my brother had given me. I will never know what stopped me but I found myself walking home. I was unable to sleep and two days later began having shaking fits. I lost my job and began drinking. Were it not for my Brother and his family, their love and the treatment they found for me, I would have died in suicidal depression and alcoholism.
