The Packers traded a first round pick to the Falcons for him. You should look for a picture of Brett in a Falcons uniform. He was pretty out of shape back them. It's funny to see how far he came.

the Packers, traded the falcons, a 1993 1st round draft pick which the Falcons used to aquire Lincoln Kennedy. A tackle from Washington.

The Atlanta Falcons drafted him in the second round of 1991 with the 33rd overall pick. In 1992 they traded him to GB for a first round draft choice. The falcons used that draft choice to select, Tony Smith, RB Southern Mississippi. I may not be a rocket scientist or anything, but I would have to say that GB got the better end of that deal.

I agree with you 100%. The Falcons got a first round draft pick that was a total bust runningback. He did nothing! Stupid Jerry Glanville was pretty much run out of football for ridiculing and then getting rid of Favre.

Falcons.

Favre is one of the best, not the best. He has hurt his team more then helping them by not turning over the reigns to the other quarterback that was drafted to be mentored by Favre then take over the offense. Lets face it Favre will get most TD passes for a career this year, but he will also have the most INT's by a quarter back in history to. He looks like Marino and Montana did late in there careers. The only difference in those three is the only reason Marino stayed so long was a slim hope that he may win a Superbowl, he wasn't just chasing records.
