Think of some questions to ask. How are your parents doing? Did your brother ever......? Did your sister ever marry that yo-yo she was dating? Where did you go after you finished school? What ever happened to so and so? It's a little awkward at first, but once you get started, it's fun. Don't rehash the breakup or bring any of that stuff up. Keep it happy. Meet the spouses. If you were engaged then you two shared something special. That something is part of what you are today. You can bring up some of the pleasant things. Do you still play the piano? You used to like to go fishing. Do you take your kid and show them how it is done?
