I always get SO dizzy during my period, to the point where I can't even walk straight and I feel like I'm going to fall over. can I do anything to help it?

Please see your doctor for further evaluation of the situation. One possibility for this is something called menstrual migraines.

Be hydrated, did you notice the dizziness when you stood up real fast? If so, your probably not hydrated. Drink water. Dont eat sweets. Also if you might have the flu, if you feel week that it sucks just to sit up for a while. It may also be you spine ****** with you, take it easy and use pain killers if you think thats the case. If you think its your period and dont want to deal with it. I think theres a shot that a doctor can give you to acually stop it but im not sure if it stops it legitimately, you should consider talking to your mom, dont feel embarresed neither its normal.
