With my first I was ate normally for a while, then around 28 weeks or so I was constantly hungry. I tried to eat healthy but it was hard.
This one I am only 6 weeks and I want to eat everything in site. I try to restrain myself as I don't want to gain 100 lbs., but it has been extremely difficult so far. I have been trying to eat a lot of salads, but I really have just been craving crap food.

it seems like im always hungry. in the beginning i would eat all day, usually 6 or 7 small meals, a bunch of small meals are better for the baby rather than to eat 2 or 3 big meals. coming to the end of my pregnancy my stomach is so hard all the time so i dont eat as much. it doesnt seem like im as hungry as much either. when i do eat i can only eat a little bit at a time because it feels like i cant breath afterwards if i eat alot.

This depended on the stage of my pregnancies. In the begining I was too sick to think about food, but after about 4-5 months I stayed hungry most of the time so I ate small healthy snacks several times a day. Probably 8-10 times a day!

I am not much more hungry than before... However, earlier in my pregnancy, I was really really hungry all of the time when I wasn't sick. Now I am 6 months and things have pretty much gone back to normal. I only eat a little more than I did before.

I am hungry all of the time, even at the beginning when I'm sick.
I usually eat every 2 hours, sometimes more often, and have lots to drink throughout the day as well.
My pregnancy book tells me to eat "six small meals a day." Haha, it's more like 10 or 12!

That varied for me all through out my pregnancy. The first 2 months I ate normal amounts of food.
Seems like just finding out you are preggars will make you hungry.
During months 3-5 I ate like there was no tomorrow. I'd say at least 4 big meals a day, plus snacks. That was when the cravings hit and they hit me hard!
In the last months I couldn't eat as much because there is seriously no room for it. My hunger was the same as it was in the 3-5 months so I just ate smaller amounts more often. Like 6 small meals a day. Plus snacks!!
The important thing is that you eat things that are good for you and your baby and that you follow your doctor's instructions and suggestions.

Starving all the time! So I eat whenever I feel like it. I eat 3 square meals but then again I snack inbetween. I've been told to try 6 small meals instead to see if that will help. I wake up at 3 am and want to eat it's so constant I am sick of food! I am only 3 months pregnant. Lol. Besides that I eat healthy snacks --veggies, fruits, grains, lots of water and some juice.

Not hungry at all, I can only have 1 full meal a day or I am sick. Big change from my last pregnancy where I ate everything in sight.

OMG, it seems like I'm hungry all the time. I'm 35 weeks now, and I get full really fast (I feel "over-crowded" right now as it is 'cause I'm big as a house - lol), but I'm hungry all the time. And when I'm hungry, it's a voracious hunger - like I gotta eat NOW!
I eat a lot of small meals and snacks throughout the day - I pretty much graze throughout the day! :-)
Good times! :-)
