Between subjects, my students often need to get their wiggles out. I have them stand and follow my hand/finger movements (wiggling fingers, clapping hands, etc.)

I'm looking for more ideas I can use. Does anyone have some good suggestions or sites that list ideas?

Are you familiar with "Giants, Men, Dwarfs"? Hands stretched above head is Giant, with hands down to side is Men, and a squated position is Dwarf. Teacher calls out one of the names and students respond. But the idea is for the teacher (once in a while) to do one thing and say another to trick them. If they make the wrong response to what you Say, then they sit down.
You may already know the saying that children use their hands to act out: Open, Shut them; Open, Shut them. Give a little clap. Open, Shut them; Open, Shut them. Lay them in your lap.
And, don't forget the ever popular last verse of Hokie Pokie (Your Whole Self) !

Simon Says. Also just "freeze" by the desks after frantic wiggling in place. Blow a whistle or clap and they have to stay in position. You COULD make it "last one standing is good" but I do not bother. they do not mind who wins! Winning is not important always.

Walk around the room, then do 6 jumps, singing a song that has a place for jumps.

"head and shoulders knees and toes, knees and toes, knees and toes, Head and shoulders knees and toes, all joined together" to the tune of "London Bridge is Falling down"
At the appropriate time the kids touch head, shoulders, knees and toes.

"Dr. Jean" Feldman is great! I'm a first grade teacher, and I use her songs. They help support first grade curriculum. If you're a primary teacher, songs like Month Hop and Wiggle them are great! They love them, and it helps get the wiggles out.

just tells your students to do whatever wiggles of them like to do for abouts ten minutes, every times you enters them classes, as for preparation, before, to had their mind full focus attention to your teaching subject.
