Ok look, face it...The New England Patriots will win the Superbowl and have a high probability of having an undefeated season, for the simple reason is that no one will be able to stop their offense. Regardless of so called cheating, let's face facts...so you know the other teams defensive calls, you still have to react accordingly, and besides if you have a good quarterback who can read defenses like he should (which Tom Brady is one of those few quarterbacks who can), then you will basically already know the defensive calls...Face it, everyone does it, it's just New England's coach who was so damn arrogant to try it against a team whose head coach happens to know his tactics because he was a former assistant...that's what got them caught...plus, don't blame the players, some may have known but alot probably didn't....they woulda been a liabilty....Now, give me some thoughts on the matter

I think everyone's just jealous of the talent Patriots have and that they do not have as much!

It's too easy for fans to just dismiss it. I still the Patriots win their games, whether they have tape or not, but they got caught cheating - that's the fact, no matter all the other bologne you put into your rant. Observing by watching is gamesmanship - if they can pick something up by watching the other sideline from their own, then good for them.
They did something which is written into the rule book that says they can't, they were caught, they were punished, so everyone should move on. It should be fun to see what kind of signs opposing fans of the Patriots come up with, though. Oh, and the players shouldn't be vilified, either. They play the game and do what they're told by the coaches - I don't think they care where the info comes from.

The Patriots can't "cheat" again this year, so unless the Pats start using the JoJo psychic alliance and Weiji board they are going to need to do it on athletic skill and coaching ability and if they win the Superbowl Arizona then the * has to fall in all the other teams.

New England was arrogant? WIn the SB and a high probability of having an undefeated season? No one will be able to stop their offense?
Now I know where the Pats get their arrogance...from their fans!
Sorry bud...but not every team does it! The Pats should have an asterisk by their SB wins much the same as Barry Bonds should have by his HR record. The Pats cheated...plain and simple....do not even attempt to sugarcoat it by saying that every team does it.

I agree about how good the Pats are, but Brady and Moss have to stay healthy. They've both been durable in the past, and if they continue to be, I don't know who's going to stop them. Anyway, why don't the other teams just change their signals? It won't matter of course. The Pats are too good, on so many levels. Don't forget, Moss and Brady have only played 2 games together.

i think your high, its aginst the rule to use tape you can write them down use binoculars what ever you want but you cant use video tape to record them thats what is wrong with it good god at least read an articl or two the patsies cheated what they did was aginst the rules get over it, you know the fans from around the league would probably have more respect for the patsies and the patsie fans if they would just admmit it instead of giving excuses it just plain pathetic

I bet no one does it now, the next punishment will probably be worse, and a first rounder is a pretty stiff penalty. I hope you are wrong about the Superbowl though, now that they beat the chargers, I hope they don't win another game the rest of the year.

I use this analogy:
Everyone speeds on the highway, Belichick was going about 110, not the only one ever to do it but it is a big thing. He got fined, he should have. It doesn't mean that he is a bad driver for everytime he got behind the wheel but for that time he was in the wrong. Its over now, let it end.

The first post spygate games with no cheating are in and the winners are:
New England (probably by design)
Pittsburgh
Oakland
Green Bay
Tampa
the losers:
San Diego
Cincinnati
Denver
New Orleans
Seattle
that should tell you who cheats on defensive signals - mostly big offensive units.

The Super Bowl was yesterday and the Pats won.
The coach should have been suspended. He never claimed responsibility, and he made the team look bad by doing that. He made the team look like they couldn't win without the coach's cheating. He should have taken responsibility.

actually not everyone does it.. this isnt babeball coaches respect the rules except for Bill... the patriots should have got punished worse
i have never seen a team so overrated... don't get me wrong they are a great team and they are a dynasy with individual talents but that obviously didnt help last season when they played a team with talent (colts... comeback anyone???) they got lucky against the chargers last season and i know for sure they are not going undefeated....
all the patriots do is have people like you who ride their d!cks and they have so much money getting players... that team has the worst morale, theres a reason why deon and ty law was so happy to leave... Randy Moss yea anyways and when the NFL unanimously vote your saftey Rodney Harrison as the dirtiest player in the NFL that isnt a good sign
