psychotherapy? Or something? Have you ever felt this way? I was watching a bit of Fight Club and it's just got me pumped...I feel like an angry kind of rebel. For no reason. I was happy all day today...

That's the problem. I don't want the punching bag. I want the blood. I don't want to kill anyone, just beat em up.

I'm a 5'2" girl. I grew up with brothers, so we fought a lot, and over time i've become pretty dangerous. I'm no kind of bully, no sissy. That's proposterous! Just kidding. But seriously, man...I can kick some asss.

Not at all, my dear. If you were to ACTUALLY carry out that thought, however, it may imply that there are some deep issues that require psychotherapy. Anyways, I felt all powerful after watching Brad Pitt and Ed Norton's bareknuckle fisty-cuff fest. Smokin'.

Relax bruiser, there is nothing wrong with you. What you were feeling is very natural, though it was stimulated unnaturallly. When we see visions of things it subconsciously has our mind relating events in our lives to the emotions we are seeing on screen, and our adrenaline reacts accordingly. We get relaxed if it is sad, we get nervous if it is scary or dramatic, we get a rush of self-protection and a rush from watching excitement such as fighting. So go have some fun an take on a complete stranger or do some pushups or call up your brothers and challenge em.

I'm not sure that I'd advertise feeling like that. Why would you want to harm someone like that just to make yourself feel better? I don't see how you could! You want to destroy another person's health and well-being? How does that make you feel better?
I agree: Take it out on a punching bag. Go to a gym, put on the gloves, and take it out on an inanimate object. Or, get a sparring partner, and you might learn how your proposed victim might feel.
I just read that you don't want to take the safer way.
Fight Club isn't a movie to be admired, and I hate seeing episodes with that storyline even on Smallville! What a horrible concept: glorifying a substrata like that. Why watch films that urge you to be violent?
If you feel like that very often, it would be advisable to seek counseling. That's really frightening, knowing someone feels that way and could aim that rage at you.
At 5'2", I guarantee that, unless you attack someone smaller and/or younger, YOU will end up being the one hurt. I'm 5'1", and the world is scary enough to me. You made it that much scarier, even with just that horrible attitude.

Hmmmm...... Yeh thats pretty messed up if you want to just beat a random person idk if you need help, just don't do it. Everybody wants to let off some steam sometimes. I suggest you get a punching dummy and practice. Fighting can land you in jail if you do it in the wrong place. If you were to let that agression out on someone that didn't deserve it you might feel kind of bad afterwards.

What you need is a different outlet for your frustrations! Try wrestling, or racket ball, for those hostility issues. Otherwise, eat a gigantic bag of chocolates while watching "Anger Management", starring Jack Nicholson!

Cut your stress. Get laid regularly. Try Zoloft or Paxil. Try basejumping or other extreme sports. Change jobs. Change cities. Change countries. You are making yourself miserable. Change something or everything.
Take a vow of silence and move to a silent monastery. Christian, Buddist, Islamic. (Does Islam even have monasteries? Maybe thats what's wrong.)
