i live in georgia nad someone told be that its illegal to be in possesion or whatever but its not illegal to be like high as long as you odnt have anything on you... is that true?

It's NOT illegal to be high if you are not in possession of the drugs anymore.
Unless you are driving and it can be proved you are high.
There is no law against being high it's only illegal to be physically in possession.

My opinion is that it's illegal to be drunk and disorderly, or publicly intoxicated, whatever the cause. Abusing illegal drugs (if it's still in your system, they can detect what caused you to be intoxicated). In short, without the legalism, this is not a good idea.

You may be arrested for being under the influence regardless of the fact you have no dope on you.

no, for one you have to have drugs to be high ( unless you want to sniff a sharpie for 3 hours ) so its illegal to be high i would say.

i think that if you get high you are in trouble, i promise i will never get high or drunk because if seen someone in the morning after they were high the night before and it looked bad!
