how do i convert this decimal problem into a fraction?

= 1.3333.. / 100

= 4 / 300 = 1 / 75

If you type that fraction into a calculator, you will get that display. So, answer is right.

Now, to understand how we got it:

We first multilied the decimal by 100 to bring the decimal point two places to the right thus getting 1.3333 etc. and so kept the 100 in the denominator.

0.3333....is 1/3 so we added 1 and 1/3 getting 4/3

We multiplied the 3 in the denominator with the 100 and got the final value.

0.013333 = 1/75 answer

Step 1 is to get the reciprocal of that given decimals like 1/0.0133333 = to 75

Step 2 Take the reciprocal of 75 which =1/75 or 0.0133333
