Cows dont do jobs

thats a really odd question.
it would take 3 times as many cows (6 x 3 =18) to do 3 "jobs" in the same amount of time.
depending on what the job requires, doing it in 5/9's as long takes 9/5's as many cows.
((6 x 3)x9)/5=
18x9/5=
162/5 = 32.4
Obviously, that .4 of a cow won't be doing much work. So I would say 33.
That also assumes that the "job" is not something that takes a specific amount of time or in some way is limited.
If a cake cooks for an hour. And there is only enough room for one at a time to cook, it doesn't matter how many cooks work on it, they can still only make one per hour.

It took 9*6 = 54cow-days to do 1 job
Therefore it would take 3*54 = 164 cow-days to do 3 jobs
Thus 164/5 = 32.8 =33 cows to do 3 jobs in 5 days.
