I was a stay at home mom for years. Yes, there were days when I felt like I was going to have a nervous breakdown, but that usually came when the kids dad came home from work. Good reason for him being a ex now.
If you need a "time out" for yourself, see if you can get someone to watch the kids for just a little while, so you can soak in a nice warm bath, or just put your feet up for a few minutes. Don't let the kids stress you out. YOU need to be there for them. Remember, always take care of yourself first so you can take care of them.

I have 2 boys, 9 and 5. They drive me up the walls some days. Just send the older one to bed, put the baby in a plaype or a bouncy seat, and take a bath. Or take the little one in there with you. Have some you time for once.

I sure do. I have a 4 year old daughter and a 2 year old son and they fight constantly. But my husband and sister help me out as much as they can. They take the kids and let me have a much needed break when I want one. I wish you the best of luck and if I was there I would help ya out. Just remember it does get easier I just dont know when

It is natural to feel like disappearing.as moms we need time to are self,so that we can continue we out losing it.I have 6 kids only 3 go to school and 3 stay home, it is hard, everyone is always asking How do you do it? Us moms always know what to do, we seen to have the answers to everything. is good to go out ones in awhile by your self, or friends. you know relax like they say paper yourself. But it never cross my mine to abandon my family. One thing that helps me allot is look at the bite site.kids will get older your husband is looking for a better future.Things will get better just hang in there.Find some one to watch the kids, go out, send the kids to Sunday school, someone in church will pick them up and bring them back. that`ll give you few hours to yourself.that's what i do Hope some of these will help you.

ya, I am frazzled...I have a 2ish and infant....today was rough...
hang in there, try to do things out of love, not duty....there's a difference..
just think though, eventually they will grow up...move out...and you will be at the other spectrum....wanting their company....
perspective, patience, proactive involement= peace

No, but I have felt pretty stressed out. If you can, you somehow need to have some more time to yourself. Take it easy.

Teach them how to clean. They'll use it in later life.
