Can you stretch your bladder to hold more pee? Yes? No? Yes? How?

It's possible to a limited degree to increase your "functional" bladder capacity -- that is, the amount your bladder can hold before you feel a strong urge to urinate. You can do this by simply holding on when you feel the urge to urinate, maybe start by holding for 5 extra minutes, then work up to 10, 15, 20, etc. You want to be careful about doing this too often though because holding urine in your bladder for very long periods of time can lead to other problems like bladder infections or urinary retention (inability to empty the bladder completely). There is a limit to how far your bladder can stretch, though, but for problems like bed-wetting or frequent urination it can sometimes help to train your bladder to hold more than it is currently accustomed to doing.

No. All that does is make the muscles around the bladder stronger for more control. It will only stretch out as far as it's own capacity
