If my memory ram is 256 and i brought another one can i put that one in too?

depends on how much ram your motherboard supports and if it has an available slot.

That depends on if your motherboard has a spare slot or not. You'd have to open the case to know for sure.

If you've got a slot and get the proper card>do it. It is inexpensive and can add a little ZIP to your computer.

Well yes, but not all 256MB memories are the same. You need to get one just like the one you got.
