You need to buy yourself a router and a network card.
More info:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Router
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Network_card
The router sends out wireless internet which is connected to the computer WITH internet. Then, with the computer with no internet, you put a network card in so it can pick up the wireless internet. All this can be bought from your local computer store.
Good luck!

you will need a internet card. if you already have one, go to start and control panel, network connection and set it up from there.
Or, if you have a wireless router, simply by a USB wireless device for your computer or get a wireless internet card.

Hi Your first answerer is correct. I would look at a wireless router so you have a simpler install. Just set mine up and it works great.

You will need a router. Either wired or wireless.
If it was me (assuming you want wireless) I would buy:
LINKSYS WRT54GL IEEE 802.3/3u, IEEE 802.11b/g Wireless-G Broadband Router -$60.99
A little pricey but rated excellent

It also has 4 ea, RJ-45 10/100 LAN ports so you also have the option to hardwire it to your computer(s) by using a CAT5E patch cable(s)
Buy CAT5E patch cable

The other computer will need either a wireless card or and Ethernet card/port depending if you will hardwire it to the router or go wireless.

Many newer printers have network capability. If your does not you can enable print sharing to allow both computers to use the same printer; the computer with the printer attached must be on when you print with the other computer. Another option is to add a wireless or wired print server aka network print server. I prefer a wired network printer adapter to avoid all wireless connection issues and locate the printer in the same room with the router. If you plan to move the printer from room to room, get a wireless printer adapter.
