You can try the old fashion way,it works for me.I started using the alarm on my ipod and to wake me up at 6am to get my daughter ready for school in the morning,so far even on the weekends I'm up at 6am or 6:30 am either way my body is getting used to that time. Make sure your alarm is always set. Whether you want to awake or not,get yourself up. Humans are creature of habit. The more you push yourself to wake up and get out of bed that same time everyday your body will become used to it.DON'T GO AND HIT THE SNOOZE BUTTON AND GO BACK TO SLEEP LOL It will not help with the routine. You need to physically remove yourself from your bed. Eventually, you might not even need an alarm.

Go to bed and wake up at the same time everyday even on the weekend. Within like a week you will be used to it and sometimes wake up on your own. Good Luck

Drink a large glass of water before going to bed. It will wake you up first thing early in the morning- because you have to get up to pee! Lol, I read that Native Americans used to do this the night before a big battle so they could be up early to prepare. Who knows.. but it works for me : )

dont eat or drink anythign at least two hours before going to bed the night before. Try to go to bed earlier than normal. Take a warm bath, do some reading, anything to relax you. Once you start gettign used to the new schedule it will be easier to wake up earlier.

My father did military service in France and that is where they taught him to control his internal timer. Beleive me, this is no joke! He says he is going to wake up at 7:00 am and he ends up wakin up at 6:59. It is incredible how he does it. He told me to tell myself when to wake up and to only focus on that. He said this may take some time to learn but he benifits from it!

Try using an alarm clock. There is an alarm clock on most every model of cell phones if you don't have one, and they are as loud as you want.

get an alarm clock and put it on the other side of the room so you can't snooze without getting up.
