when my boyfriend is arguing with me.. then i'll pause it so he WILL listen, fast forward when he's answering back... ;-) have a nice day!

A fast forward button would be handy for a person who was serving a jail or prison sentence!

That would be really helpful with mundane things in life..like when your waiting in long lines, doing boring stuff(like in history class) and so many other things.. Also the whole remote would be better so that I don't accidently fast forward too much and turn into some old beanbag (rewinding and pausing buttons are sooo important)
but yeah this makes me think of the movie called "Click" Have you seen it? The main character, this dude has this universal remote that causes him to fast forward too much of his day to day activities and he wished he hadn't used it and its really interesting..

At work for sure...I hate my job. Also the commute is so long... I would also like to fast forward through college so I could get my degree and get a better job...fast forward the interviewing too, I hate that part too... Fast forward childbirth too...

Family reunions, awkward social situations, the line at the dmv, the dentists office, classroom presentations. Stuff like that.

Yes,especially toward the end of a vacation with the whole family. Or riding in planes,especially overseas flights.
