I always wanted to be a mother. Ever since I can remember, that is what I wanted. I can gladly state that I did indeed become a mother. I have 3 beautiful children and feel so very blessed.

I wanted to be tall, only got to 4'11". Not really disappointed but would like to be able to reach the top shelves at the food store.

I wanted to be a space pirate. I realize that though I like to travel, it's nice to have a home base and not have to look over my shoulder for intergalactic bounty hunters and law enforcement.

I'm an IT professional who reads a lot of sci fi. I'm pretty happy with my choices.

Nobody is,or very few since we all go through our teens wanting to be rich and famous. But as far as the more realistic goals I established in college I'm about where I'd like to be,although I would like to write at least one book in my life.

I'm an adult already and no I'm not what or where I want to be but I know as long as I'm alive and have the determination, I can achieve what I want and need to at any age in my life.

A little of both. I suppose you could 'be anything that you want to be' but the saying is just a tad unrealistic for the general population.

I did what I wanted to do as a child and I ended up hating it. Now, I'm looking for my real dream job. I may be an old fart, but I'm still looking for myself in this screwed up world.
