No one can just move in with you....
But , you original question was about the court procedings, no they are not negatively impacted by changing attorneys. People are free to change as often as they like, they are not forced to retain any attorney for the duration of anything.

does not sound such as you broke the lease(i assume you're paying your lease on time and not throwing wild events with the police in attendance). That being the case he can no longer tension you out(he's then breaking the lease). you are able to ask for all the information which you relatively choose yet neither he nor the monetary corporation has to answer you. you're in no place to call for something. he's making an attempt an unlawful eviction and you will tell him to pound sand. tell him you're actually not shifting and if he thinks you broke the lease then he can document an unlawful detainer against you and take you to court. i will no longer propose this yet--once you're particular that there will be a foreclosure and not some form of non-public loan substitute to help the owner carry onto the valuables, you would be able to evaluate quitting paying the lease. After a foreclosure you would be evicted via the monetary corporation and your secure practices deposit will disappear. the only way you are able to shrink your losses by using deposit disappearing is to no longer pay the lease--a minimum of you are able to salvage some thing. purely undergo in suggestions--make certain that the foreclosure will ensue beforehand withholding lease. sturdy success! component to regulation--in basic terms a police business enterprise can throw you out--no longer the owner. He has to ask a choose for a court order which he then has to take to the police to be enforced. So forget approximately approximately notices from the owner(or administration corporation) they'd desire to come from the police.

No, her changing attorneys does not invalidate the Notice to Quit.
You NEED to contact your attorney NOW. If he or she is not available, get a new attorney immediately.
First off, much of what your LL is doing is ILLEGAL. Taking your property is theft, pure and simple -- call the police on that. A LL has no right to attach your property without a court order. PERIOD. Moving another party into the unit is also illegal. Her attempt to terminate your lease following the health department complaint is also illegal.

No , the new atty does Not mean the notice is void .
IF she had changed her mind about the notice ,
She would have said so .
Did she say to disregard the notice ?
Did she say it was no longer in effect ?
Do not go around injecting guesses into things .
What is in Writing , is what counts .
And Sept 1st has passed so she is probably having the manger clear your things out .

call the police that is trespassing 911.
you will need to go to court to fight this, that means you dont just leave fight it, she would need to evict you.
if the court sends you a summons to a hearing then go.
other then that its the landlords responsibility to evict you not the other way around, you just dont up in leave because of a notice such as this, this is against the law.
google eviction proceedings, and you will see what she did is illegal.
call police now
dont wait
