Pre Crisis On Infinate Earths Wonder Woman could be rendared powerless by one of two ways. The first was to get her to remove her bracelets the second was to fuse her bracelets together so they could not move. Post crisis her own Lasso is the best bet.

I watched an episode of the jlu where batman has to sing to save wonderwomen from apparently a fate worse than death, she was turned into a pig by the evil magician Circie you'd recognise from the oddesy anyway if she can be turned into a pig that easily then shes an easy target and vulnerable to magic like everyone else in the jlu.

Basically she has no object or material that weakens her, but if you take away her belt and lasso, she's powerless. I guess that's her weakness? Hope this helps.
