I have a pair of crested geckos and I am possitive that they are male and female. But I have had them together for a while now and nothing is happening. Is there anything I can do?

Sometimes it just takes time. My female crestie is 2.5 years old, and quite hefty. My male is just under 2 years, and also very sturdy. I had these two together for almost a year before they began breeding. It was probably about 8 months, and then out of nowhere, eggs popped up. I didn't notice them for a day or two because she laid them in her cave. Ultimately, one survived and hatched nicely, the other egg didn't make it. Now she has laid two clutches, and we're waiting on our third.

Make sure you have a good temperature in the terrarium - it helps. They won't breed if the conditions are too out of whack. I know they don't need much, but I think that is part of the reason why mine took so long to get interested. My house was a little cool for a few months.

Hope this helps.

It's important to make sure your set up is correct. Also, to make sure the geckos are old enough for breeding! Here is a good website on breeding:
