Whoa, that is terrible. I've never seen it before. It looks like it has been altered.

That's so photoshopped it's not even funny.
If I wave my hand really fast, even using a VERY nice digital camera there will be a blur.
Now imagine a 474 flying at several hundred miles per hour making a sh*tload of noise which you *just* might see maybe a minute or two before you took the picture.
Also (I can't confirm this) I don't believe the roof of either of the buildings were open to the public.

It's a fraud. That's why this web site featured it. Read the narrative which accompanies the picture. It's the wrong plane and he couldn't have been on that observation deck until after 9:30 AM. Both planes had already hit the two towers by that time in the morning.
