I recently adopted this bearded dragon and she has a large lump on her back. From her size, I predict she's around 8-10 yrs old. While I don't want to see her suffer, she is old and I'm not really sure how much time she has left.

My best advice is to pay for an office visit at a reputable reptile specialist and get his/her opinion. It might be easy to remove or impossible to remove. No way to tell without seeing it. They can give you an estimate and a prognosis. They may just take a little piece (biopsy) with a local and send it to a pathologist to find out what it is first. Maybe it is just an abscess?

Take it to your vet and see what they think can be done.
