The equations are
x(t)=.5*sin(27)*g*t^2
and v(t)=sin(27)*g*t
the slide time is
10=.5*sin(27)*g*t^2
solve for t and plug into v(t)

This is also easy to solve using conservation of energy

The loss of PE is equal to the gain in KE
m*g*sin(27)*10=.5*m*v^2
divide out m
v=sqrt(20*g*sin(27))
