I'm on my second year in college, about half way done getting my degree. I'll get into a field that I think I will really enjoy, and will make a decent wage of about $40k a year starting out.
On the other hand, I just found out about a job that I am qualified for. It is in a career field that I didn't like all that much, and I was getting $36k a year. This new job is a little different, but the same idea as my previous job, only this one is offering almost $60,000 a year.
I could skip the education for a while, do a job I don't like, and make mad cash (for this area).
Or continue to be poor for the next 2.5 years, made a decent wage when I graduate, and like what I do.
What would you do?
