As I understand, the Big Bang theory says that space is getting bigger. The size of subatomic particle remains the same, it's the space between them that's growing. The fundamental forces -- gravity, electromagnetism, strong and weak nuclear forces -- are the only things binding matter together as space expands.
Sure , the universe would be smaller if you traveled back in time. But even if you went back a billion years, it'd still be big enough you wouldn't notice the change. Only if you went back almost to the beginning, to say 100 million years just after the Big Bang, would you notice how crowded things used to be.

The solar is the middle of the image voltaic gadget. Our image voltaic gadget is between the numerous interior the Milky way galaxy and looks to be traveling around a center that they theorize is a black hollow. Our galaxy is between the numerous interior the observable universe that look shifting farther faraway from one yet another yet no longer revolving around something. there is not any commencing up factor A to calculate the cost that the galaxies are shifting from. we are able to calculate how speedily galaxies have been placing apart from one yet another while the easy we are seeing left them. we don't understand how speedily the galaxies are placing apart suitable now through fact it takes countless sunshine years until now their easy reaches us.

Interesting point. The universe became into being 14 billion years ago, I don't think there is such a thing as being smaller than sub-atomic.

Read "The universe in a nutshell"
it describes a 4 dimensional figure of spacetime
that looks something like a pretzel which keeps expanding

Yes, everything would be different, you are totally right; I mean no one knows for sure, but some atoms would be smaller hence evolution, and how everything changes especially in 100 million years...love your thinking!

There is no such thing as time, except for what man created an idea of. Time was created by man and therefore impossible to travel through. There is only a realm of constant being.

i thought about that once before also. I think time is the expansion of matter. So how would we be able to compress the universe back to its past state? It is kind of confusing.
