you could try and start a birth control, but i would say no , you ahve to take it like a big girl, mother nature work when she wants too.

Hi Sweetie,
This u may find hard to believe but exercise
during r period takes cramps, nausea, bloat-in & feeling like crap, away! It's just having the stigma, will 2 try, & guts. But yes, excersize not only works, but is the key to a fit body. Along with nutricene. Go to the library 4 books on nutriciene, carbs, calories
good fat, bad fat, etc 2 educate rself in what
foods r good 4 u, the libraian'll give the right
1 if u ask for a simple beginners guideline. &
while r there ask a tape, CD, r something on it that's r preference, with a low, high impact workout that also records r instructions 4 a good cadio-vascular workout, @ r preference. When I was yonger, did Richard Simmom's, lol ha,ha!
Girlfriend u got the knowledge, put it 2 the Test! R probley pretty too! Go 4 it, wat do u have 2 loose, but weight!!!!!!!!!!!! I swim 3-4 times a week + excersize & I'm in my 40's lol & I KNOW u can DO IT! You need Willpower & Faith "U R worth every inch that comes off! Lot's o' time Go Girl Go!!!
LOL, Diana D
P.S. Hard work but U CAN DO IT! The excersize may shorten period with all the sweat glands coming from r body?

Lol @ the previous answer.
Ok so the exercise will probably NOT stop your period. Some women who suffer from anorexia, or who are super athletic skip periods, but not people who just plain exercise hard. The only way I know of to change a period (and I'm a nurse) is with altering your birth control. I know this is not an option for you, sorry. Not sure what to tell you except being a woman can really suck.

Much as we'd all love to, we can't control when the dreaded curse will arrive every month. The only way to alter it is thru birth control, but you say that's not an option for you. Exercising usually doesn't impact your period unless you are doing it excessively for several months, and usually while starving yourself at the same time (anorexia). I wouldn't recommend that... So, hopefully you just get lucky (in regards to not getting your period early, lol) but bring backup just in case!

No, it doesnt really help.
You need to be a gymnist who works out every day to not get your period due to exercise.
Unfortunanuly, with only 2 months to go, birth control would be your only option. Sorry
