2 answers

1. Colloid
2. Suspension
3. Solution (I would say pure substance?)
4. Suspension

Combustibilty is a chemical property of matter, because it means that the substance can combine violently with oxygen to produce carbon dioxide, water, and maybe nitrogen.

I don't know what definitions you were given in your class but my interpretations:
smoke - colloid . Colloid is a special type of suspension of very fine particles suspended in a liquid/gas.
Paint - suspension - the pigment(colors) are small particles suspended in a solution of resin.
Tap water - solution (of minerals in water)
whipped cream - colloid -a fine suspension of fat particles in water - normally called an emulsion
