Has anyone seen this angle ROH did over the weekend?

Question

ROH, a company known for being the wrestling alternative to TNA and WWE, did an angle that is extremely gory and disturbing by any measure. Your thoughts?

I was there live. It was completely insane. The thing happened directly after an amazing ladder match between th Briscoes & Steenerico. Jimmy Jacobs was literally covered in blood. Just an awesome visual. Jay Briscoe (the guy hung by his feet) was fine though, as after he was let down, he was walking and talking regularly.

I was going to post something about Project 161, a.k.a. The Age of the Fall yesterday when I happened across the build. Apparently this is just the beginning of a storm coming to a head. Project 161 started off posting fliers with the Statue of Liberty crying blood and some buildings in Chicago along with some cryptic messages. Later, a user on the RoH.com message boards hacked the site under an SN along the lines of "BrokenSociety." The head booker (name escapes me) claims RoH has no affiliation with the then unknown faction of Project 161, and offered a reward for anyone with information with intent to turn them into the police. They've went really in-depth with this online angle, including open a website with Project161 in the URL for a short period of time. A video on the site depicted a black and white track shot through the woods towards two budding flowers on a branch, which quickly turned into a pair of nooses, and then flowers again. RoH's revived message boards filled with theories, even some as far fetched as Afa the Samoan being behind Project 161.

I had read about Jacobs, Necro, and Black re-debuting in RoH as the new faction and hanging the Briscoes from the rafters, and heard that Jacobs caught their blood on his tongue like a child collecting rain drops, but I had never imagined something this graphic.

Part of me wonders if this banned footage is some part of this elaborate and building quote/unquote "Shoot" angle. Either way, I'm intrigued.

ROH is just awesome! It has great wrestling and insane storylines, like this one. Project 161 is going to be awesome. Jimmy Jacobs was good on the mic and The Briscoes are the best tag team in the world.
