The video you showed us, itself, definitely isn't real. The people who made it admitted it was a dramatization of a real video the Portuguese police have in custody and won't release, and the survivor of the accident won't talk about it.
What was real was the URL blocking out the subtitles. Real annoying, that is.

I have a slow connection, so for me to watch your download, would take me about an hour, so I'll tell you a true story which has happened many times down here...
Two of my sister's friends were on their honeymoon and they were driving through the Hay Planes in NSW, when they saw a child standing at the side of the road...
They stopped and asked the little girl where she was going, and all the child said was, "I want to go home"..
Well they opened the back door and said they would take her home, which they thought they could, as the next town was Hay and she would tell them where to go..
Anyway they started driving away and Helen offered her a few biscuits which she took...
About a mile down the road Helen turned around and she was gone, the biscuits, untouched were just laying on the back seat...
They stopped and turned around in a panic and drove up and down the highway a few times, but she was nowhere to be seen, so they drove on to Hay and to the Police Station...
They told the cops their story, and then one of the coppers walked over to them with a picture of a little girl and asked them if it was her, and yes it was...
There was a bad car accident about 7 years earlier and both she and her parents were killed instantly...
The cops said that they have had a lot a reports about the little girl, and she only says, "I want to go home"....
This happened in the mid 70's, so I reckon there would have been a lot more sightings of her since then, unless she has finally gone to the light....

Its a reenactment of a real event supposedly. Police reports say that a girl really died in the spot so I guess a haunting would be possible is you believe in ghosts that is.

thats real im a person who bought a 10 bedroom house for 200 grand and wondered why it was so cheap went in to find someone was sitting on my sofa i said who the **** are you and it screemed at me went over it disappered
