I was able to transfer the pics, but they are too big to view.
Does it have something to do with the computer or the phone?
It's an AT&T Razor.

Thanx!

It has todo with the picture resolution. You can size them down in most image editing programs even Microsoft Paint. I dont know if you have any other than paint, so here's what to try:

On your computer, find the picture in your documents, right click on it and select Edit.

If the Plus the words "Paint" are at the window title, then these instructions should work.

Click the Menu -> Image -> Stretch/Skew

In the stretch section, put 50% in both Horozontal and Verticle and select Ok.

Click File -> Save As. Give the image a new name, like ImageName-smaller.jpg.

Now try transferring it to your phone and see if it will open.

Hope this works.

If it is another image editing program, all of them have a way to size down an image. Others programs will also allow you to set the jpg quality when you save. On a cell phone, quality setting of 1 or 2 is still very use-able.

Good luck.

If they're pictures of you, you can send them my way and I'll take a (long, hard) look at them and see if there's any way I can help.
