Should there be a sign that says "No reading during peak hours."
Especially on Sundays, when the dreaded extra large Sunday Edition newspaper comes out!

Funny story. When we first got into Iraq we had 4 seater outhouses made of plywood. They had screen walls from the chest up. When you sat down you could see all around camp and everyone could see who was in there. One day I was sitting there reading the Stars and Stripes newspaper. One of the girls in my unit went into the Female outhouse next to me and decided to spark up a conversation to ease the awkwardness of seeing each other in that position. She asked what I was doing. I said that I was reading the paper. She asked why do men always read in the bathroom. I replied back to her that this is the only place and time that we can read and not be disturbed. UNTIL NOW!!

Neither, I think its silly to read in the bathroom. The toilet is for a specific process. The livingroom is for reading. The process of going to the bathroom should only take a few minutes. If it takes long enough to read something, you may need more fiber in your diet.

Hmmm....hair, makeup and now reading magazines and newspapers. I think we're going to need separate bathrooms.

Red, I heard once, that when ya get to be my age, your favorite seat in the house, is the toilet seat. Now, I figure if that is true, then ya need good reading material. Rock On, Baby!

No,never.I like having quick showers,I'm not from the people who like spending hours in the bathroom.I like reading on the balcony while eating grapes ;-)

I have before because in the winter my bathroom would get really warm and cozy!!!
