I'm a Gamecock fan who really respects Lou but he didn't have his heart in coaching the last two years. Lou's wife has health problems and his knees are in bad shape. Lou has to ride in a golf cart at practices. Plus he never moved to Columbia. He loves that Orlando golf community where Tiger Woods and many celebrities live.
He loves Notre Dame but Holtz won't coach again.
When Lou retired Weiss was on our list until, thank the lord, Spurrier accepted.

No to be quite honest, I don't think he will ever coach again as he is happy commentating right now. He was a great coach however and coached the 88 National Champs Fighting Irish of Notre Dame.

No he wouldn't. The bad terms that he left on pretty much say NEITHER side wants to be back. Did you forget the lawsuit for age discrimination? They always say to be careful of the bridges you burn.

If you tell him where he's at every Saturday, he should be great.
