I've looked it up, but I get different results and places to use both of them each time. I'm confused. Could someone tell me where to use it and what it means?

mucho gusto means a lot of pleasure ~ pleased to meet you

It pretty much translates to "very nice to meet you". Encantado means "enchanted" and mucho gusto is literally "much pleasure" but the common meaning is "nice to meet you".

Can't remembery encatado, but "mucho gusto" definitely means "pleased to meet you". Literally, it translates more like "much pleasure".
