Do they have any programs that you can get a Ph. D without a master's?

Thank you for your kindness :)

Depending on the program you took, and what you want your PhD in, it is possible. If your BA (and not BS) is not the emphasis you want to take in PhD, then you'll have to take some classes to catch up on the science end of things. (A BA takes less science than a BS).

If you search around and find a university that will offer you an MS as part of the 4 year plan, that can bring you up to speed with the other students in the program, this could be a good thing.

the down side to going straight thru for a PhD with no intermediate MS, is this: sometimes life happens. if your education is interrupted at any time in the program, you don't have a degree to show for all your work.

also, many employers want to see that you've done your grad work at more than one institution - this way you can see many perspectives to a body of teaching - rather than all in one area.

some things to think about, anyway.

Yes, you can. Most Ph.D. programs do not require a master's degree first.
