Intevertebral discs are made up of hyaline cartilage...which are made up of collagen fibers.

It is one of two answers but I think it is more muscle tissue than nerve tissue.

Muscle tissue: skeletal muscle are attached to the moveable parts of the skeleton. They are capable of rapid, powerful contractions and long states of partially sustained contractions, allowing for voluntary movement.

Nerve tissue: are found in the brain, spinal cord, and nerves.
