I'd keep them as is. Isn't everybody having fun? Sure, violations are annoying, but if you mess with the system, you never know what kind of hell would be unleashed. If you get rid of the rules, this would just be a forum or another one of those websites that are a dime a dozen. The rules are what make this site uniquely fun.

the first rule is that there are no rules. yep, that's what i would change. they aren't working anyways. they keep giving violations and suspending accounts. their pissing off good people. yet, the idiots who are really the problem can easily create a new account. they don't die. so, why even bother?
