Ok it hurts so bad....even when im not putting any pressure on it. help please...what can I do till I see a doctor. I know ita an infected ingrown toenail. Its just the worst pain i've ever felt.

Try soaking it in Dreft Baby laundry soap, the powder kind, in very warm water, a dr told me about this trick and it really works to help pull poison out. Also try some white willow bark it is all natural and it helps pull out inflammation.

Wash it really well with soap and water, then gently squeeze out what pus you can -- but be careful not to do anything too crazy, or you'll only make it worse. Then clean it again with either rubbing alcohol or some hydrogen peroxide, slather it up with antibiotic ointment, and cover it with a band-aid. That has always taken care of the problem for me. But it does sound like you'll still need to see a doctor if it's that painful and infected.

soak it in warm salt water. But darling, you have to go to the doctor. He is going to take it off, and what will hurt is the stupid shot that they give you so it want hurt to take the nail off. But it has got to come off, mine used to do this all of the time. If you don't you could loose a foot. GO TOTHE DOCTOR NOW

You need to get to a podiatrist ASAP..... the infection can worsen with time and affect your health.... I will be honest with you though... The whole process of taking it out is very painful as well but so worth it.

try soaking it or using a drawing sauve. it may help. see the doc asap. that green isn't a good sign.
