When changing the water pump on my 95 monte should I also change the timing belt?

How long does it take to change the water pump & its a 3.4 engine

You don't have a timing belt.

It would be a good idea to change the belt any time you do work of this nature. Don't throw it away though, keep it in the trunk. My old man once saved several hours by having his old one in the trunk of his '78 Monte. Just replaced it on the spot and was on his way.
