They don't... I guess they just use moist wipes and hope that two or three times is enough. Poor Blind People! That's Sad!

Maybe they use baby wipes, I guess thats what I would do if I was blind.

They have a more well developed sense of TOUCH and SMELL than sighted people! They also never get in a HURRY.
