Is it ok to stop working out when I PMS and Workout.I'm very tried and craveing everything. I tried to workout to stop cramps but I was so tried after that I fell asleep on my couch. Sould I give in or what?

Working out usually helps alleviate the cramps.

Make sure you drink enough fluids when and before you work out.
