I don't technically go in for patterns, but something like Kallias seems an obvious fit with the other three (all ending in S and in descending alphabetical order -- N, M, L and finally K LOL).
I would NOT try to force that, however. It was just an observation. ;) I don't, however, consider the S endings a theme, so much as a style. It's a common Latinate ending, know what I mean, so it would make perfect sense to choose a similar name for boy #4.

Someone suggested Jonas, which I love, and I think it would sound great with your other sons' names! Carys (a unisex name) might also work. Others:
