I for my part just like the blend of Oxycontin and Xanax!! If it is well adequate for Heath Ledger, it is well adequate for me!! Do your self a want and take 4 of every, in order that the sector may also be rid of your ignorant effing questions!! Wow, I used to be in a nasty temper whilst I first spoke back this the day prior to this! I am soooooo sorry!!! Perhaps you would go to sleep with headphones, taking note of your favourite tune?? You would learn, thereby turning your uncontrollable pondering into some thing that you simply CAN manipulate. A feasible final inn could also be your essential surgeon prescribing Ambien--I have attempted it with quality luck. Once once more, I ask for forgiveness!! I haven't any excuse; I simply desire you'll be able to clear up your difficulty and eventually get a few peace of brain at night time with a few controllable inspiration!

same prob, emma. i just started a new school and sleep is hard.
i would suggest an awesome book...and some lavender bath salts. lavender is relaxing and will help u unwind. finish all homework and stuff that night...don't have any "ill do it in the moring"s. that way ur not worrying. but Do Not stay up til like eleven to finish sumthing.

also, start reading a book until ur eyes get tired. keep ur bed nice and cool. but a fan on. have someone read to u if they will. (I know, i know that sounds babyish but it helps if theyre just like telling stories of when they were utterly embarrassed :)

so...sorry im rambling. okay, ill get to the point. be as relaxed as u can. watch i little movie in ur head. make up a story in ur head. good luck!

An old reader's digest suggested only going to bed when you're ready for sleep, not reading or watching tv in bed, and getting a couple minutes of sun in the morning. Also, eating well and excersizing regularly.

Talk to your parents about putting you on Ambien. You have no idea how well that works! I am not sure how old you have to be to take it. I am 28 and have never slept better. They say it could be habit forming, but I have skipped taking it sometimes and it just seems my body is on a regular routine of when bedtime is now.

well this ALWAYS works for me. I turn my fans (or AC) so that it gets really really cold in my room. Then I just HAVE to climb into bed to get warmer and as soon as you know it I am sound asleep. It may sound dumb, but TRUST me it works.
