yeah, for a homemade envelope, can i send it throught the mail?

i mean, are there any regulations concerning the matter or what? ive already looked online but i couldnt find anything.

As long as it's within post office measurments for the stamp and can stand being thrown from machine to machine then it's acceptable.

Raw edges and stuff would be rejected though.
